  • How do I know I need a new roof?

  • How much does a new roof cost?

    Costs vary by size, materials, pitch, damages, and labor rates. Homeowners receive a detailed estimate after an inspection.

  • How long does a roof replacement take?

    Our company completes residential roofs in 1 day. In some rare cases it could take 2 days, depending on weather, material, and size.

  • What roofing materials do you offer?

    Architectural asphalt 40-year grade shingles are our defaults. We also provide metal roofing, slate, and a few other specialty options.

  • Do you offer free inspections or estimates?

    We do offer complimentary inspections and estimates. Give us a call or text and let us know how we can help.

  • Will my homeowners insurance cover my roof replacement?

    Insurance will generally cover storm-related damages, excluding natural wear and tear. Coverage depends on your policy and the insurance adjuster’s evaluation. Our representatives are trained to identify these damages and assist with the insurance rep.

  • Do you help with the insurance claim process?

    We fully assist with the insurance claim process. From inspecting the roof and assessing all damage to communicating with the insurance and getting the roof approved. We got you covered!

  • Do I need to be home during the roofing project?

    You are not required to be home. As long as the team has access to the necessary areas, the homeowner can go about their day.

  • What should I expect during the installation process?

    During installation, you should expect material delivery the day before. Loud noise the day of, debris and removal of the old roof along with any damaged structures, installation of the new system, followed by a full cleanup.

  • How long will my new roof last?

    Asphalt: 20–30 years
    Metal: 40–70 years
    Slate/Tile: 50–100 years
    Roof longevity may depend on maintenance, climate, and variables surrounding the home.

  • What warranties do you provide?

    We offer a 10-year workmanship warranty, on top of our company’s GAF certified lifetime warranty.

  • Are you licensed and insured?

    Our company is fully insured and licensed. All our work is backed with our licensing and warranties as well.

  • What should I do if my roof is leaking?

    Contact us immediately. Leaks spread fast and can lead to structural damage. Temporary tarping can be used to prevent further issues.

  • Can you repair just part of my roof instead of replacing it?

    Yes, if damages are minor and isolated. However, aging roofs (15+ years) often benefit more from a full replacement.

  • How can I extend the life of my roof?

    Annual inspections or following heavy storms. Clearing gutters and removing debris that could clog flow. Having issues addressed before they impair the structure of the home.

  • Do you install gutters, skylights, or ventilation?

    We can complete any gutter revisions, gutter guards, skylight repair/replacement, ridge venting, attic fan installation, etc. Feel free to inquire for any further questions.

  • What is the best time of year to replace my roof?

    Spring and fall are ideal, but modern materials allow installation year-round (weather permitting).

  • How do I know if I have storm damage?

    Look for missing shingles, dents, bruised shingles, lifted shingles, gutter damage, or leaks. A professional inspection confirms it.

  • Will the roof work damage my landscape or property?

    Our crews will protect plants, AC units, and property. We cover or move items to avoid damages. A full cleanup is done afterward, including a magnetic sweep of the property for any remaining nails.

  • What is attic ventilation and why does it matter?

    Proper ventilation prevents moisture issues, keeps the home cooler, and extends roof life.
